Today (8/30/14) I went to T R Casino to pick up my $40.00 gift card. The line at the second floor Players Club had hundreds of people waiting for their gift cards as well.

I waited in line for over two hours. The line hardly moved. There were not enough employeesprocessing the gift cards. After waiting for over two hours, I had to leave .

I am a loyal casino visitor.

We should not be subjected to this kind of treatment. T R needs a better system of giving out presents as incentives to get their Rewards Members in to gamble.

Couldn't agree more. Very poorly managed. Never have to wait in line at foxwoods and I get twice as much bonus play!
