My husband and I were down there on 7/11/20.

I was playing on a China Shores machine near the high limit club, on the end. I had just finished drinking my diet coke and was putting it down with my left hand while playing my machine with my right hand (don't like to break rhythm on my machine.) I had just sat up straight from putting down my drink and started to pull my mask \when a security officer approached me.

He barked at me to put it up over my nose (again, he caught my while I was pulling it up) I said "Of course, I was just putting it on, I was just drinking". He said "No you weren't , you were playing. I walked up and you were playing" "Yes, with my RIGHT hand, the left was pulling up the mask." He looked at my full drink on the right and said you weren't drinking that! I showed him the EMPTY one on my left and said I just finished it and was putting on my mask..

He then barked at me "One warning - that's it and then you're out today." I felt so humiliated and uncomfortable. We left shortly after. This occurred between 10:45 - 11:30.

First, I want to state that I do NOT object to wearing a mask. I believe in masks, wear them everywhere I'm near people.

I will continue to wear them most likely until there is a good, proven vaccine.

I took my mask down for maybe 20 seconds and he saw me. When I tried to explain he threatened to throw me out if caught again. After that, I was paranoid to take a drink! I felt so uncomfortable.

Not even 2 minutes later, my husband and I observed several EMPLOYEES walking around, taking to people with masks not covering their nose.

We also saw at least 5 other guests with NO MASKs on, under their chin, walking around. I was at my machine, plexiglass on each side of me, taking a drink.

I wish I had thought of it at the time, I would have requested to speak to his supervisor and all watch the footage.

Absolutely nothing just like the lip service I got from Steve Keener, I wrote before and complained about the points on the Keno machines at Dover,$150.00 in play for 1 point. I've been going to Dover since the 1st day it opened.

I know what I'm doing since I have been playing all of these years. It would take $30,000 in play for a gift. Nothing like screwing your customers. I have the high card at The Borgata ,Hard Rock, Ocean, and Gold Nugget.

And earned every one of them. I lost $38,000 at Dover last year and I will not be able to keep my Elite card for Dover my card number is 864. Dover offered the elite members $100 yesterday I would not patronize Dover if they can't straighten out your Dover operation. Throughout the years I've met many people at Dover and a lot have stopped coming there.

I see more and more people in Atlantic City.

I plan on playing at Bally's when I'm in Atlantic City, It is hard for me to not even stop at Dover but I'm tired of being screwed. Since my mailing address is at the DAFB I have found it cheaper to stay at a local hotel than go to your casino .
