I received a response from Twin River. They apologized for not getting back to me sooner.

They found the broken chair and had it fixed. Never did answer me as to where all the "Security" was when this happened or why I didn't see any Security folks walking around the casino

My hubby and I went to Twin River on 7/4. I was playing the Rise of Ra" slot machine on the main floor.

Hubby came to join me and when he sat on the chair next to me, both he and the chair went backwards on the floor. The chair has metal plates that should be bolted under the slot machine and this one was not. He almost hit his head on the chairs behind him. I thought maybe Security would have seen/heard this but nobody ever came.

Thankfully he was ok. Little while later, his machine had an "error/call attendent" message. Light on top was on, but after 15 minutes nobody came. I walked around looking for someone and finally asked a drink server.

He took note of the machine and said he would get someone. Another 15 minutes and someone came. I missed the attendant and hubby forgot to tell him about the broken chair.

Sent and e-mail when I got home because. Didn't want to see someone get badly hurt on that chair.

Week now and had not heard back from anyone at Twin River. Well, I would not be surprised if there is a lawsuit down the road.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
